(Mu'amin) 40 : 13
هُوَ الَّذِي يُرِيكُمْ آيَاتِهِ وَيُنَزِّلُ لَكُمْ مِنَ السَّمَاءِ رِزْقًا ۚ وَمَا يَتَذَكَّرُ إِلَّا مَنْ يُنِيبُ
He is the One who shows to you His signs, and He sends down sustenance to you from the Heaven; none will remember except who turns to Him.
‘He sends down sustenance to you from the Heaven’ doesn’t mean that the sustenance is sent down directly from the Heaven. But by sending down rain from the sky He causes to produce food items such as fruits, cereals, grains, etc; cottons, bamboo, Jute etc. needed for making clothes; Rubber for making tyres for vehicles and other purposes; and hard trees for making doors and windows etc. See explanation 30: 20-25; 36: 80-81; 39: 21.
